Refund and Return Policy

At KHUYŪT, we value your trust and want every piece to feel just right.
If something isn’t as expected, we’re here to help.

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags attached.
To start a return, please contact us at KHUYUTCO@GMAIL.COM with your order number and reason for return.
Once your request is approved, you’ll receive instructions for sending your item back.

Please note:

Items returned without approval will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

We currently don’t offer exchanges.
If you’d like a different size or color, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

For hygiene reasons, intimate pieces, custom orders, and sale items cannot be returned or refunded.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll resolve the issue promptly.
